As the CEO and owner of Extreme Cleaning Solutions LLC, I lead a team of dedicated and professional cleaning specialists who work with local and out of state commercial and residential construction companies, I am committed to delivering high-quality results, exceeding customer expectations, and complying with MIOSHA safety standards. Proficient understanding and utilization of AIA Contract Agreements and Documents, Procore Open Bidding Submission and Blue Print Drawings.
Successful completion of The Emerging Leaders Program affiliated with The Home Builders Association of Northwest Michigan which was created to engage the next generation of leaders in the residential construction industry to explore future leadership and/or ambassadorship within the association. The intent is to provide sustainability, growth, and enthusiasm for member companies and the association. The mission of the Emerging Leaders Program is to drive and support the initiatives of the Home Builders Association of Northwest Michigan (HBANWMI) with a focus on sustainability through ambassadorship and leadership.
As a member of the BBB, TC Connect, Home Builders Association of Northwest Michigan and Builders Exchange of NW Michigan, I have established strong relationships with clients and partners in the industry, and have gained a reputation for reliability, efficiency, and excellence. Certified Equipment Operator in Part 58 and Part 32 Mobile Elevated Work Platforms, and have the skills and knowledge to handle various cleaning and building projects, from rough cleans, final post-construction cleanup to remodeling and renovation cleaning services. I am always looking for new opportunities to expand my business, improve my services, and grow my network.
